About Us

The Veterans Network USA is dedicated to helping Veterans of all eras to receive VA disability compensation. We do this by providing a communication community to support our nation’s Veterans. Brave men and women that willingly serve in our country’s armed forces deserve to be treated with the utmost respect for their sacrifice, especially when it comes to the after effects of that service on their physical, mental, and emotional health. We can never repay the debt we owe these selfless service members, but we can do our best to make it right. That’s why providing information to ill or injured Veterans with a path to receive VA disability compensation is so crucial to our identity as an organization.

Increasing VA Disability Rating

The Veterans Network is prepared to assist you to receive the disability rating you deserve. Over time, a disabled Veteran’s condition may grow worse. When a disability worsens a disabled veteran deserves greater compensation for the increased disability. Increased disability requires an upward adjustment to the Veterans disability rating, which can mean an increase to the amount of disability compensation provided. Unfortunately, disabled Veterans face an overworked and slow government bureaucracy when pursuing appeals with the VA. What is actually designed to be a simple process can take years and ultimately fail over the smallest discrepancy. We can assess if we can help you with your VA disability rating when your medical condition grows worse.

Establishing Service Connection

There are a number of factors that contribute to a claim’s success or failure. Proof is absolutely key. Your claim should contain evidence that demonstrates your injuries and establishes a service connection. You must show the link between your condition and how its manifestation is a result of your military service. Both medical and lay (non-professional) evidence are important components to build a strong VA disability claim. Many times, claims are denied simply because the Veteran does not have sufficient evidence to support their case. Get a copy of you Service Treatment Records and we can review your case. Gather any independent evidence needed to support your claim for VA benefits and contact us. We will strategize the best way to build your case to assist you with!

The VNU Mission

The Veterans Network USA mission is to diligently assist Veterans who have service-connected disabilities to obtain the benefits that they deserve. We will assist all Veterans as long as they have not been dishonorably discharged from any branch of the Armed Services. Veterans qualify for Disability Compensation if their physical disability is due to a service-related injury or illness and rated at 10 percent or more. Mental disabilities also qualify for Veteran’s disability compensation. Like most governmental programs, obtaining Veterans’ disability benefits can be complex and time consuming, and can easily go wrong. You do not have to go at it alone. Contact the Veterans Network today and join a community of like minded individuals who are dedicated to helping each other.

Total Disability

To receive a status of Total Disability from the Department of Veterans Affairs you need a 100% rating which means that it’s impossible for you to find and retain suitable employment due to your medical condition. Some veterans have received a VA Total Disability rating for primary insomnia alone, but most have achieved their rating using insomnia as a secondary condition combined with a different primary condition.

VA Foreclosures

The VA maintains a list of homes serviced by VA loans that have gone into foreclosures. Veterans have the ability to search the list of VA acquired properties and purchase homes at a discount. You do not have to be a veteran to search the properties, but all properties qualify for VA financing.

VA Disability Rating

The VA gives you a disability rating according to its determination of the seriousness of your condition. The rating is expressed as a percentage. The greater the impact your condition has on the quality of your life, the higher the rating. If you suffer from a number of illnesses and injuries, you could receive multiple ratings.

Patriot Express

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has established this small business loan program for veterans and spouses. Its purpose is to assist with the initial costs in establishing a small business, or costs related to expanding a small business. Low interest rates are assigned to the loans, typically ranging from 2.25%-4.75%. The SBA guarantees up to 85% of the total loan, with a maximum loan amount of $500,000.

Mortgage Help

Veterans having trouble making their mortgage payments are eligible for repayment assistance through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Options for help include special repayment plans, loan forbearance and loan modification programs. Additional benefits are available for veterans with VA loans and for homeless veterans.

PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can be a service connected disability that qualifies for entitlement to disability compensation. If the evidence establishes that the Veteran engaged in combat with the enemy and the claimed stressor is related to that combat, in the absence of clear and convincing evidence to the contrary, and provided that the claimed stressor is consistent with the circumstances, conditions, or hardships of the Veteran’s service, the Veteran’s lay testimony alone may establish the occurrence of the claimed in-service stressor.
